When completing your application, pay close attention to Question #4. Please understand that the question "Have you ever been arrested or appeared in any court as a defendant for any criminal offense" includes all adult and juvenile appearances. The outcome does not matter. You must indicate the charges even if the charges were dismissed, or you believe they are “sealed.”

Firearms Identification Card $100

 

Firearms Identification Card - applicants 15-17 years old $25

 

Renewal Applicants 70 years old or older- $0
